Sophrology is a therapeutic discipline or tool that brings CONSCIOUSNESS and HARMONY to the body and mind. Mixing philosophies and practices from the East and the West.

Sophrology improves your health and well-being. With a series of quick, easy and effective exercices practiced regularly, it will help you to relax your mind and your body.

When practiced regularly, the benefits of sophrology include: more restful sleep, improved concentration, fewer worries, increased self-confidence, and a feeling of inner happiness.

As a person-centred therapist, I use sophrology techniques to provide a complete holistic form of therapy.

Protocole

It is adviced to start during the 6th month of pregnancy and to do 6 sessions.
