A positive and non-judgmental way of getting out of addiction

I have worked for several years in festivals and events in order to reduce the risks associated with the use of drugs in those environments.

Sophrology as a tool to treat addictions

As a holistic therapist, with 10 years of experience, I developed a practice which combines Psychology and Sophrology. In my experience, it makes profound sense to be able to treat the mind and the body at the same time. With addiction being one my main field of interest, this insight drives my work. While facilitating others on their path to achieve their goals, I find having Sophrology as another increasingly effective alternative approach in helping people with their addiction.

Throughout the three dimentionality that Sophrology offers, first we will help the person to know who he really is NOW, then work out his aspirations and goals in the FUTURE and finally we will try to help him understand his PAST.
